SMARTEX is a revolutionary 24/7 roof leak monitoring system which uses the natural insulative properties of the membrane to determine when and where leaks or damage to the roofing occurs. This system can be used under green roofs, ballasted roofs and roofs and structures which are paved or ballasted with pavers. SMARTEX is also used in underground structures such as parking garages, and plaza decks, reflecting ponds and pools, and fountains.
