A concrete structure’s usefulness is directly related to its life span and serviceability. To remain durable, it must resist deterioration within the aggressive environment in which it functions.

Resicon’s Corr-Tite® concrete protective liners (CPL) are unique in their ability to prevent deterioration. When properly installed, they can completely isolate the entire structure from the environment in which it operates. Corr-Tite® liners have “T’s” that are embedded in the concrete making the liner an integral part of the structure itself.

More and more, concrete protective liners are being specified in industrial and municipal digesters, surge and holding tanks, and in wastewater applications.

Resicon’s Corr-Tite® CPL has proven to be reliable and repairable over the life of the structure in virtually all applications. CPL’s are comparable in cost to high-end coatings and are more cost effective given the standard maintenance and replacement requirements of coatings. Owners who have concerns about the long term viability of coatings now have a choice. Structures lined with Corr-Tite®are a new, and real alternative.

Innovative Welding Techniques

Resicon has been a leader in the field of thermoplastic linings for more than 30 years. Our innovations include patented welding equipment that is now used industry wide.

We’ve also developed innovative welding and fabrication techniques for Corr-Tite® that are available only through Resicon. We can provide prefabricated panels of PE or PP Corr-Tite® to fit virtually any formwork configuration.

Resicon’s concrete protective liners are used successfully in industrial and municipal wastewater treatment, chemical wastewater treatment, underground vaults and containment basins as well as manholes, truck loading pads, sumps and tunnels.

KEY FEATURES:

  • Proper installation does not depend on ambient conditions
  • Flexibility of the liner lasts the life of the structure
  • Viable in highly corrosive environments
  • Spans cracks in concrete up to 10 mm
  • Tolerates pH ranges from 1 – 13
  • Liner component can be designed for higher temperature applications
  • Easily repaired over the life of the structure
  • High abrasion resistance
